The four Essentials sessions take about an hour together. The optional depth sessions run about 15 minutes each, with no countdown. Add people, document locations (see where to keep important documents), home routines and wishes. Save your progress and come back when it suits you.
You can skip a question or mark it to check later. Omliva keeps that uncertainty visible in your guide.
An institution name or the person who holds a document is a useful start. Passwords, PINs and account numbers do not belong here.

Download the approved PDF for offline use, and an editable Word copy (.docx) that stays in your own Google Drive or Dropbox. Print it yourself whenever you want a paper copy; the PDF is laid out in large type for exactly that.
