The preview keeps your answers in your browser.

The walkthrough on the preview page is one real Essentials session that you complete with your own details. Your answers are saved only in your own browser on that device, are never sent to Omliva, and the Clear my answers button removes them; clearing your browser data removes them too. There is no account, no payment and no family-information form behind it, and Omliva cannot see or recover what you typed.

The service stores your answers.

To create and update your guide, Omliva receives and processes the details you choose to provide, and holds them in encrypted storage for as long as your account exists or until you ask us to delete them at [email protected]. Collection is limited to what the guide needs, and access is limited to the people who operate the service.

We ask for institution names and document locations, never passwords, PINs or full account numbers. You choose which guide pages to share. Your documents live in your own Google Drive or Dropbox, not with Omliva, so there is no third party we hand them to and no store of your files for us to lose.

Keep a copy you can use independently.

Your PDF guide is readable without signing in to Omliva. Copies you have already downloaded, printed or given to someone cannot be remotely recalled.

The website itself.

We run Google Ads to reach people searching for this kind of help, and the site carries Google's advertising measurement tag so we can tell which ads brought someone here. That tag sets cookies and reports page visits and, if you join the notify list, that you joined. It never receives family information, because there is none on this site to receive. If you would rather not be measured, an ad blocker or your browser's tracking protection stops it, and nothing on the site stops working. We collect an email address only if you type one into the notify form, we use it only to send you what you asked for, and you can ask us to delete it at any time at [email protected]. The site also carries a Google Analytics tag that reports page visits. Payments are taken by Stripe on its own checkout page under Stripe’s privacy terms; Omliva never sees your card details. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes access and technical information under its own terms and privacy practices.

Who operates Omliva.

Omliva is operated by Regenerated LLC, trading as Omliva; the terms carry the business details. Privacy questions go to [email protected]. The processors behind the service are Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting and the encrypted storage of your answers, Resend for the sign-in and delivery emails, and Google for advertising measurement and analytics.
