Contact Omliva

Write to [email protected] for anything about Omliva: a correction to a guide, a question about the family guide, a request from a law firm, or a press enquiry. A person reads every message. Corrections are handled first, and we note what changed on the page. We do not give legal, tax, financial or medical advice by email.

One address reaches the whole team: [email protected]. There is no phone line and no chat widget, and we would rather answer a clear email properly than a call quickly.

Corrections to a guide

If a figure, deadline or rule on any Omliva page looks wrong or out of date, tell us the page and the sentence. We check it against the source, fix the page, and update the date under the title so you can see it changed. This is the fastest queue we have. Our editorial policy explains how guides are researched and reviewed.

Questions about the family guide

Accounts and purchases are not open yet. If you want to know when they open, write to the same address with the subject line "Tell me when accounts open" and we will email you once, on the day. Questions about what the guide covers are answered on how it works, your family guide, pricing and common questions.

Estate-planning and elder-law firms

If you are exploring Omliva as a practical organizer for clients after the signing appointment, write with the name of your practice and the states you serve. The for law firms page describes how the guide fits alongside the documents you draft.

Press

Journalists writing about estate organization, executor duties or digital legacy can ask for background, sources or a quote from the team. We reply as the Omliva team rather than as a named spokesperson.

What we cannot do by email

We cannot tell you what to do in your own situation. Omliva organizes practical information; it does not give legal, tax, financial or medical advice, draft legal documents, or grant anyone authority to act. If you need a decision about a will, a trust, a benefit claim or a tax return, a licensed professional in your state is the right person, and most guides have a section on when to get that help.

Your privacy when you write to us

Your message goes to a mailbox read by the team and nowhere else. We do not add you to a list, and we do not share your address. If you ask to be told when accounts open, we keep your address for that one email and delete it on request. Our privacy page has the rest.
