If a figure, deadline or rule on any Omliva page looks wrong or out of date, tell us the page and the sentence. We check it against the source, fix the page, and update the date under the title so you can see it changed. This is the fastest queue we have. Questions about the family guide
Accounts and purchases are not open yet. If you want to know when they open, write to the same address with the subject line "Tell me when accounts open" and we will email you once, on the day. What we cannot do by email
We cannot tell you what to do in your own situation. Omliva organizes practical information; it does not give legal, tax, financial or medical advice, draft legal documents, or grant anyone authority to act. If you need a decision about a will, a trust, a benefit claim or a tax return, a licensed professional in your state is the right person, and most guides have a section on when to get that help.
Your privacy when you write to us
Your message goes to a mailbox read by the team and nowhere else. We do not add you to a list, and we do not share your address. If you ask to be told when accounts open, we keep your address for that one email and delete it on request. Our privacy page has the rest.
